Flame is sprayed directly to heating furnace, multi-stage heating control is adjusted according to product type, mold structure and alloy type.

Automatic temperature control, the furnace is equipped with a circulating hot fan used for preheating the mold before extrusion occurs.

After aluminum extrusion, cooling is done at the exit, the equipment has water cooling, mist cooling and air cooling options. The quenching conditions are set according to the strength and hardness of the aluminum alloy material, provided with rapid and equal cooling effect.

The double gas aging furnace is used to improve the mechanical behavior of the extruded material.
